Title: Polynesian Cultural Center a good stop enroute to Pacific
Post by: Tavita Tusitala on February 16, 2011, 05:04:35 PM
Polynesian Cultural Center a good stop enroute to The Rock.

Many flights from the continental U.S. go through Honolulu enroute to the rest of the pacific region.

One of the first things you may notice is the number of hotels and tourist facilities. And hardly a trace of traditional Polynesian culture.

To get the flavor of traditional Polynesia and a tour of traditional Polynesian dance, arts and crafts, there is no better place than the Polynesian Cultural Center on the other side of the island.

Many Samoan students work there while going to school and it is associated with the Mormon Church.
