It is reall good recipe. My husband like this recipe.
I am also trying to find the recipe for the "Samoan" kind of chop suey. I'm sure there's usually turkey tail in it and soy sauce... Many thanks.

Traditional Samoan Chop Suey (Sapa Sui) (6-8 Servings)

What you need:
Mung beans (250 grams)
 Noodles (1 glass)
Oil (2 tbsp.)
Onion (1 large, diced)
Garlic cloves (2-4, crushed)
Ginger root (1 tbsp., freshly grated)
Mincemeat (300 grams, beef/chicken/pork)
Soy sauce (2 tbsp. and ½ cup)
Water (2 cups)
Ketchup (2 tbsp.)
Veggies (2-5 cups)
Stock powder (1 tbsp., vegetable/chicken/beef)

Troy Aumua Polamalu; born Troy Aumua; April 19, 1981) is a former American football strong safety of Samoan descent who played his entire twelve-year career for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Southern California (USC), and earned consensus All-American honors. He was chosen by the Steelers in the first round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He was a member of two of the Steelers' Super Bowl championship teams, and was the NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2010.

Out of those players, the best-known is Troy Polamalu, a native of Samoa who attended the University of Southern California. He has played for the Pittsburgh Steelers his whole career and has been on two Super Bowl winning teams, in 2006 and 2009.

They focus on lots more on Education. Plain and simple. Most Asian countries have school six days per week and no summer time holiday. College is considered a primary schooling without hesitation.
