Samoan term of endearment for a man please
« on: January 29, 2010, 06:51:36 PM »
I recently started dating a Samoan man and I'd like to find a meaningful term of endearment to call him by. I don't really know the language yet and I tried googling "Samoan term of endearment for men" but it didn't come up with anything helpful. Does anyone have any ideas for me? Thank you, I really appreciate it!

My husband is Samoa and said that if you are older (30+ years old), then you would call him "manamea." If you are younger (less than 30 years old), then you would call him "lau tama." Good luck!   :)
