Hello,
in the formal way you would hear it as  Tautalaititi.
Usually, it will be addressed to the young girl that likes to walk/date guys but not old enough yet to do that.
But also can be about the adult girl that dates many guys.

It is NOT a bad word just it can be a little bit offensive.

If people hear this word in the crowd, they start to turn around and say "Who is that, who they are talking about".

Thanks Matai, now I have to think about what cheeky means,  lol!

Cheeky: definition Impertinently bold; impudent and saucy.
             Opposite of  polite and respectful.

Cheeky, someone who is more interested in having fun or playful on the "naughty" side. Or someone who dares gives others a hard time, but does so with  good nature and with no bad feelings.

Sassy but forgiven  Kiss   Cheesy

What do you think?
