Not that I can quite understand your question, but Yes, there is a Samaon Dictionary, usually Samoan-English or Samoan-German in the old days. And the Samoan bibile, O le Tusi paia.

Many people in Fiji are from Samoa and use them, but there is also Fiji language dictionaries and Bible.
