Fale: traditional samoan house

Tavita Tusitala:
Built with hardwood tree posts, floored with coral gravel and thatched with palm fronds, all lashed together without nails. Still used in villages and for ceremonial gathering places.

Many fales disappeared in 1964 in  a big hurricane. The government gave money to reconstruct, but only for hurrican houses made with cement block. This was a moment of large scale change in Samoan architecture.

This house or you call it Samoan architecture is a very comfortable house because of the landscape we see.

yeah i think this is a wonderful house with that nice structure that you said this Samoan house is a comfortable house.
