RULES AND HINTS Tables
This game requires a browser that supports tables. If your browser does not support tables, you will have a very difficult time playing.

Rules of play
This is an electronic version of the old 3-in-a-row game.
The object is to get three of your markers in a row by taking turns selecting squares with your mouse. When you click on your choice, the page will refresh with CyberDogDave's choice as well.
You are 0s, your computer opponents are Xs. The game starts when you click on your marker in the center square, giving you the most advantageous starting point.
Continue picking squares until someone wins or the board is filled and the game ends in a draw.
There are several scenarios under which you can win. Keep trying different approaches until you can beat your opponent.
Just click on the 'Start over' link to try it again.

Hints
Turn off your Netscape Options menu items: Tool bar, Directory Buttons, and Locations, to increase the depth of your screen so you can see the entire game board without scrolling.
If you have an older monitor or lower resolution graphics card, you may have to scroll some anyway.
